PLAYING RULES BYLAW 17 – OTHER RULE CLARIFICATIONA courtesy runner can only be substituted for a batter or batter-runner injured during the game as per rule 3.2.8(g). All players requiring a special courtesy runner due to an injury or condition existing before the game must apply to the Committee for approval. Committee approval will only last for the current season. Outside of injuries during the game, each team may have one (1) player in the line-up who needs a special courtesy runner.
SCORECARDSThanks to all who filled in their scorecards correctly. A couple of things to make note of and put into place from round 3.
- Umpires are requested to WRITE their name not SIGN, please.
- Scores need to match on both cards.
