How does a Team Delegate update their team list/roster?

To edit the team lists/roster, find the confirmation emails for "Google Forms" forms-receipts-noreply@google.com and click "Edit response" button (see screenshot below).

Dates of birth are not required provided any junior players (under 18 on 27/6/2020) are clearly identified with their DOB or in some other way.

If you can't find the email then you will need to make a list of all players and email to registrar@canningsoftball.org.au.


How does a Team Delegate know if their players are all registered?

  1. Ask your players - All registered players get a confirmation email from "Google Forms" (assuming they entered their email address correctly).
  2. Check the spreadsheet "CSA Player Game Count" under DOCUMENTS on the app or at registered player list - https://canningsoftball.teamapp.com/documents/778746 (requires TeamApp sign-in and must be member of "Team Delegates" or "Playing Members" access group). This document will be updated each Friday from 2 weeks before season starts until finals begin.



How do I contact committee and other delegates?

  1. Post a message on the TeamApp chat group called "Team Delegates & Committee.
  2. Use the committee contacts listed on under "Contact Us" on our app or website.
  3. Use the team delegates and committee contacts listed on "Contact list for Team Delegates" available under DOCUMENTS on our app or website (requires TeamApp sign-in and must be member of "Team Delegates" access group).



Why is the rego form not working properly in TeamApp?

You may be viewing a website inside TeamApp's web browser. Open the page in your phone/tablet's native web browser (eg Safari or Chrome) by tapping the button at the top right (see screenshot).




How do I check my registration and games played?

On CSA's TeamApp (app or web) > DOCUMENTS > CSA Player Registration and Game Counts


Why do I see "NOT AUTHORIZED" on CSA TeamApp/website?

You get this when you have not:

  • signed in using your TeamApp or social media account. On the website click SIGN IN or ACCOUNT at the top right.
  • joined the CSA as a member on TeamApp.
  • joined the appropriate TeamApp Access Group - on the CSA home page tap settings or the person icon.


When is event X and how do I RSVP?

Check on EVENTS (app or web) or type http://events.canningsoftball.org.au

To RSVP, open the event page and tap the "? Are you going? (reply here)" button (app) or "SUBMIT" (web).


Why aren't I getting CSA notifications and emails?

Important posts (news, events, documents, etc) are sent out via our app and website. Anyone that is not signed into the app will receive an email.

  1. Check your junk mail folder for messages from "Team App" no-reply@teamapp.com.
  2. Check you're signed into the app - you should see the "create" and "find" buttons.
  3. Check you have joined our team/club on TeamApp - you should see the "CSA button" along with the "create" and "find" buttons on the TeamApp home screen.
  4. Check you're in the "Team Delegates" access group - see next FAQ for instructions.

All messages sent via TeamApp are available via the app or web (sign-in required) under the various buttons/pages (eg News, Events, Documents, etc).


How to I change my TeamApp Access Groups?

  1. Open TeamApp on your phone or table >
  2. (if required) Sign-in using your TeamApp account >
  3. Tap the Canning Softball button to view Canning Softball Team/Club home screen (showing the logo, name and buttons) >
  4. Tap Settings button (gear icon top right) >
  5. Tap Access Groups (under the Membership heading) >
  6. Tap to join/leave the various groups >
  7. (if applicable) Add a reason why >
  8. Tap Send (if you have not completed any required fields a pop-up will appear).


Why aren't I getting TeamApp Notifications?

1. Notifications are disabled - On the app, check that notifications are enabled under CSA Home > Settings > Notifications.

2. TeamApp Chat room notifications are disabled - open the chat room, check the notifications are enabled.

3. Notifications are disabled for TeamApp - check your phone/tablet notifications settings for TeamApp.


Why aren't I getting TeamApp emails?

1. They're going to your spam folder. Emails are sent from "Team App" no-reply@teamapp.com.

2. You're unsubscribed - change email preferences and subscription (sign in required) at https://www.teamapp.com/unsubscribe
