IMPORTANT NOTES

1. By submitting this form you are declaring that to the best of your knowledge that the information you have provided is correct. Neglecting to provide correct details or misleading information to the committee, may at a later date see your player registration removed completely or suspended for a period of time whilst the committee investigate and make a decision.

2. You will always get a confirmation email when you submit the form correctly. Please check your spam/junk email folder. If there is NO confirmation email after 30 minutes then something went wrong and you will need to do it again. Members can sign-in using the same email as original registration and check registration status under under "REGISTRATIONS > My Registrations" on our app or web.

3. DO NOT delete any confirmation emails as this is your evidence to the CSA committee that you did submit the form.

AGE QUALIFICATION (16+)

Members must be aged 16+ before playing in the their first game.

The registrar will require proof of age before a player registration is approved.

If you provided proof of age in a previous season then there is no need to resend this season.

JUNIOR PLAYERS
Conditions apply to junior players aged 16-18yo at the first game of the season. Refer to the by-laws for full conditions applying to junior players.
Proof of age (eg driver's license or student ID) must be sent to the registrar before a junior player registration is approved.

PLAYER CLEARANCE

Players DO NOT require clearance to play, join or transfer between teams because CSA is an independent softball association, not affiliated with Softball WA.

CSA only charges team fees, we do not collect any player fees.
Fees are set and collected by your Club or Team.

MEMBERSHIP APPROVAL

Membership acceptance is subject to committee approval.

UMPIRE REGISTRATION - NOT OPEN

Only applicable to freelance umpires that are NOT registering as a player.

UMPIRE AGE QUALIFICATIONS
Any umpire under the age of 18yo should inform the committee as additional safety rules may apply.

Only applicable to Coaches, Managers, Scorers, Volunteers and Social members that are NOT registering as a player.

Any non-playing member that has an official role in the game (eg coach, manager and scorer) is required to register before start time of your first game (not during or after game!)

TEAM REGISTRATION - OPEN

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. If you DO NOT submit a Team EOI form then your place is NOT guaranteed.

2. You will always get a confirmation email when you submit the form correctly. Please check your spam/junk email folder. If there is NO confirmation email after 30 minutes then something went wrong and you will need to do it again. The team representative that submitted the form can sign-in using the same email as original registration and check registration status under under "REGISTRATIONS > My Registrations" on our app or web.

NEW TEAMS

Places in all our leagues are limited and returning clubs and teams (from the last season) are given priority re-entry before new teams are offered spots based on receipt of Team EOI Forms.

RETURNING CLUBS/TEAMS

To secure YOUR team’s priority re-entry in CSA competitions YOU MUST submit a Team EOI form and pay the deposit by the due date.

PROCEDURE

1. Submit a Team EOI form by Wed 5 MAR 2025.
2. Check for confirmation email from no-reply@teamapp.com.
3. Pay your team entry deposit(s) .
Note – Deposit(s) will be refunded for new teams that are not allocated a spot.
IMPORTANT – Team EOI will not be accepted until payment has been received.
4. (new teams only) Wait for confirmation of your entry from the registrar.
5. Submit a Team Entry Form for each team by SAT 15 MAR 2025.
6. Check for confirmation email from no-reply@teamapp.com.
7. Pay the balance of team fees by EFT before round 3 (discounted) or round 6 (full).
