The CSA Committee thanks everyone for supporting the first Sausage Sizzle of the 2026 Season.

IMPORTANT NOTICES
Due to a rostering issue, teams have been adjusted for this weeks game for Men's B/C. Changes are as follows:

12:30PM ON DIA 2 - DA VS BTP 1
2:45 ON DIA 2 - EAGLES 2 VS RB RED 2

DIAMOND UPDATES
The CSA Committee will remind teams if there is only one game scheduled on certain Diamonds that will need to be set up and packed away after the game.

12:30PM MEN'S A ON DIA 5
MAGPIES 1 to Set Up and RB RED 1 to Pack Away the diamond.

Help set up & pack down the bar area and drinking zone including equipment.
Support the Bar Manager with general duties

GAZEBOS
Teams may use our Gazebos stored in the green shed, but you must return them after each game. Before packing down after the first game slot, you can ask the next team if they'd like to use it, but you need to remind them that it's their teams responsibility to return it back to the shed. Please remember there are fines for leaving the gazebos on the diamond.

We have made the forfiet notice easier as of last season, please visit the CHAT section on Stack TeamApp or website.

UMPIRING DUTY
All umpires must have a clear understanding of the CSA strike zone before undertaking umpiring duties. Further details and an illustration can be found in the link below, and it is strongly recommended that umpires attend as least one umpiring clinic.

SCORECARDS
Given out to the delegates at the Delegate meeting. If you need more, you will need to collect from the canteen (one at a time).

SCOREBOOKS/SCORESHEETS
Teams that attended the Delegates meeting were able to purchase scorebooks for $10.
Scorebooks will be available to purchase from the canteen.
If a teams scorebook is unavailable, scoresheets are available from the canteen.
