This weekend, Easterns will be hosting a fundraiser for the Geraldton Carnival happening in June. They will have a lucky numbers board at $10 per number and TWO chances to win $200, as well as a cake stall. Cash is preferable, with PayID available.

Just some notes for scorers. When scoring, can you please put UNIFORM NUMBERS on the scorecards as per example at the canteen. Can you as well use WHITE OUT and NOT TO SCRIBBLE on the scorecard. Thank you!!

GAZEBOS
Teams may use our Gazebos stored in the green shed, but you must return them after each game. Before packing down after the first game slot, you can ask the next team if they'd like to use it, but you need to remind them that it's their teams responsibility to return it back to the shed. Please remember there are fines for leaving the gazebos on the diamond.

UMPIRING DUTY
All umpires must have a clear understanding of the CSA strike zone before undertaking umpiring duties. Further details and an illustration can be found in the link below, and it strongly recommended that umpiures attend at least one umpiring clinic.

Given out to the delegates at the Delegate meeting. If you need more, you will need to collect from the canteen (one at a time).

SCOREBOOKS/SCORESHEETS
Teams that attended the Delegates meeting were able to purchase scorebooks for $10.
Scorebooks will be available to purchase from the canteen.
If a teams scorebook is unavailable, scoresheets are available from the canteen.
