25. Finals Qualifying Games
For a player to be eligible to compete in Finals, the player must have played six (6) games for
his/her nominated team in that playing year. FIFO (fly in and Fly out) players will be required to play (3) games to qualify and will also be required to submit rosters to the registrar email address showing that they were unavailable for the allocated dates.
In case of injury or prolonged absence of a player, special application may be made to the
Committee for consideration.
Please see examples attached as a PDF, Please note that a letter simply stating a player was unavailable to play on certain weekends will not be accepted as sufficient evidence for FIFO worker exemption status.

FORFIETED GAMES
Please ensure if you are forfeited against that you complete a scorecard with the details as required and the names of the players that would have bee playing on that day to receive game counts for that game. NO card no game counts.
These can be placed in the scorecard box at the front of the canteen

Please read the Code of Conduct again, those that are found breaching the conduct will receive warnings and fines.
Subject to the severity of the offence, the Committee may impose any of these penalties to a first offense.

DIAMOND UPDATES
The CSA Committee will remind the teams if there is only one game scheduled on any of the diamonds that they will need to set up and pack up after their game.

GAZEBOS
You may use our Gazebos stored in the green shed, but you must return after each game. Before packing down after the first game slot you can ask the next team if they’d like to use it, but you need to remind them it’s their teams responsibility to return it back to the shed! Please remember there are fines for leaving the gazebos on the diamonds.
