The CSA Committee would like to announce the EOI team forms are ready!

Click on https://canningsoftball.teamapp.com/registration_templates?_list=v1 and search for CSA Winter Team EOI

PROCEDURE
1. Submit a Team EOI form by WED 05 MAR 2025.
2. Check for confirmation email from no-reply@teamapp.com.
3. Pay your team entry deposit(s) .
Note – Deposit(s) will be refunded for new teams that are not allocated a spot.
IMPORTANT – Team EOI will not be accepted until payment has been received.
4. (new teams only) Wait for confirmation of your entry from the registrar.
5. Submit a Team Entry Form for each team by SAT 15 MAR 2025.
6. Check for confirmation email from no-reply@teamapp.com.
7. Pay the balance of team fees by EFT before round 3 (discounted) or round 6 (full).
