FAMILY FUN DAY – 7 SEP 2024
Food Vans are booked!!
$8 meals to be paid to directly to the vans if you have ordered your tickets!!
Club Delegates to follow up with their teams to advise of how many tickets are needed, send email to secretary or media advising of how many tickets you require.
If you don’t have a ticket, the meals will cost $12.
Extra tickets can be sought via the canteen on the day.

There will be a Mega Bouncy Castle, face painter and garden games provided for all to enjoy.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We need volunteers to help with:
set up from 10am-12noon
pack up from 5.30-6.30pm

FINALS BYLAWS & NOTES
-Fixtures will be updated Wednesday before each final round.
-SF & PF for women are 90min – play out last dig – NO reverting.
-SF & PF for men are 1hr 45min – play out last dig – NO reverting.
-GF – 7 innings (no time limit) [bylaw C19]
-International tie-break rule applies for all finals [bylaw C19]
-No mercy rule in any finals [bylaw C19]
-No borrowed players in any finals [bylaw C13]
-8 finals qualified players required to start and continue game [rule 3.2.2(a)]
-All players must be qualified – 6 games or written exemption from committee.
-Coaches/delegates to check player qualification via app or web.
-If forfeit likely due to qualified player numbers please contact committee ASAP.
-Protest & Disputes as per bylaw C16d
-Players must wear protective gear as per Rules [bylaw C31]
-Bats must meet safety requirements [bylaw C33]
-Home teams are responsible for diamond setup and packup after the last game.
-Home team to supply two (2) new or near new game balls for SF and PF.
-Teams on base umpiring roster must supply an experienced umpire.
-Scheduled game start times are unchanged for finals
EARLY GAME = 12.30PM
LATE GAME = 2.45PM

PROTESTS & DISPUTES [bylaw C16d]
- All protests must follow procedure in bylaw C16d.
- Committee consists of chair/secretary plus any 2 members, subject to availability.
- Committee members listed under FIXTURES (app and web).

BAT REQUIREMENTS [bylaw C33]
- To avoid bats being rejected in finals, please check your bats meet the CSA requirements and are not on the banned list of dangerous bats.
- Umpire Coordinator (HANK BROUNS) will have a printed list available for checking.
